1975 Degrees in Economics and Vocational Education (Diplom-Volkswirt, Diplom-Handelslehrer) at Freie Universität Berlin (Free University Berlin)
1976 – 1979 Designed and implemented Apprenticeship- and Vocational Training Programmes on behalf of the Government of Berlin
